The crime categories are organized hierarchically. For example, the crime category ASSAULT_FIREARM
includes both ASSAULT_FIREARM_FELONY and ASSAULT_FIREARM_MISDEMEANOR incidents.

After specifying the beat and crime types of interest and submitting your query, you'll be presented with a plot showing (for either one or two crime categories) the monthly number of incidents of that crime type in the selected beat, as well as the beat average across all Oakland beats.
